• IF THE DEVICE IS BLOCKED:  This service will make it CLEAN but the device is not usable with T- Mobile. Inserting a T- Mobile SIM into the device after has been UN BLACKLISTED will add it to the BLACKLIST again. If this happens NO REFUND. 
• Recommendations on BLOCKED DUE TO OUTSTANDING BALANCE : The device will be RE BLOCKED if you insert a T Mobile SIM, so you should first purchase an unlock service and once it gets unlocked then use the sim card
• IF THE DEVICE IS LOST/STOLEN: This service make it CLEAN and the device can be used with T-Mobile SIM
• This service will NOT UNLOCK your T -Mobile device, It will ONLY UNBLOCKL/CLEAN the IMEI
• ALL FINANCED IMEI's or ACCOUNTS will stay as FINANCED, ANY DEBT OR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS with T- Mobile WILL NOT CHANGE. 
• There will be NO REFUND if your device is already CELAN or given IMEI is INCORRECT so check carefully before submitting order
• If any case we cannot clean your IMEI , Full refund will be offered
